 What is Tantra?
Tantra simply says yes to life.  It is a “spiritual” path that invites us to deeply explore the mysteries of life and supports one to embrace wholeness within self. Within the Western context Tantra is mainly linked to sex and a form of sexual practice.  This is only part of it.  Yes learning tantric practice will enable you to become a better lover with your partner/s and most importantly yourself.  
Chris and Kat have been trained by several of the world leaders (Barbara Carrelas, Joseph Kramer, Kenneth Ray Stubbs, Hilly Spencely, Margot Anand) in Tantra and erotic embodiment and offer a range of tantric sessions to suit those who just wish to dip their toes in or for those that wish to go much deeper.
Ecstatic Breathing

For those that want a more scientific explanation, the more oxygen in your body the more pleasure one has the potential to feel.  Here is a little experiment for you to try at home.  Sit quietly by yourself for about ten minutes and pay attention to your breath.  Notice where you are breathing from.  Is it shallow or deep belly breaths?  What are you feeling in your body?  What are you noticing in your thoughts? The more that we practice, experiment and engage our breath the greater pleasure we will experience in sex, in our orgasms and in life.
All sessions with Chris and Kat begin with simple breath work exercises to help ground and connect you with your body and create a space for you to go deeper into the experience.
